Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled in a secure box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and instructions are included in every shipment.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all bicycles. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered via specialized freight carriers to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition.
What is the return policy if I don't like my bike?
We offer a 30-day test ride policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in 'as-new' condition.
Does my bike come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a full manufacturer warranty covering frame defects and component malfunctions. Duration varies by brand, typically ranging from 2 years to a lifetime on frames.
